====== Room Requirements ======
This section helps the [[/DevSummit|DevSummit]] and BSDCan organizors keep track of the rooms required for the [[/DevSummit|DevSummit]].

  * Lounge, ground floor residence room (U90) is booked for Tue 5th, and Wed 6th May: $250 a day, $150 a half-day.
  * Internet and AV is included.
  * Looking at rooms J and C, plus small meeting room on another floor, in SITE for Thu the 7th.  To be confirmed.

[julian: Last year's room was way less that optimal, especially as we seemed to have to share it with a high school class who's teachers insisted that we had not booked it. We should have a formal booking number this year if possible and check it multiple times.]
