Non-exhaustive list:
  * Pin to individual processor(s)
  * Micro-optimisations (UMA, ATIME, etc)
  * %%OpenBSD%% and/or Linux compatible syscalls
  * Use SHA-2 (AKA Keccak) as the output generator
  * Get sysinstall/bsdinstall to leave /boot/entropy, /entropy and /var/db/saved-entropy.1 files for first boot.
