I am a [[https://www.kde.org|KDE]] developer and have been contributing to the [[KDE|KDE FreeBSD team]] since July or August 2009 to learn more about %%FreeBSD%% and make KDE run as smoothly as possible in the platform. In the KDE land, I maintain Ark, KDE's archiving tool, and work on kdelibs.

Since August 2011 I've been a ports committer (my mentors are avilla@ and makc@). Besides working on the KDE ports, I also maintain a few other, unrelated ones.
