  * gnn@ will comment on https://reviews.freebsd.org/D10272 and suggest we handle this issue in the syncache rather than in the state machine

  * hiren@ has been testing BBR under simulations (under netem) and finds that its having problems with wireless where CUBIC does a better job there.  Anything with highly variable delays.

  * The call had to end early as there were multiple problems with hangouts.
