    * jegg discusses a case where cwnd is set to 0 (or apparently underflows) in some custom code. He has a [[https://reviews.freebsd.org/D14141|review]] open.

  * Hannes reports a TCP-FO bug. It is fixed by the upcoming TCP-FO client code.

  * Johannes reports work on socket reuse for load-balancing. They are still testing at Limelight.

  * NUMA support coming soon. May need domain affinity support in the networking stack.
