  * jtl@ asks about ACK storms.  tuexen@ would prefer a per connection limit.  @jtl says that we could, and perhaps should, have both.  tuexen@ says that there is a paper about an attack that allows one to guess sequence numbers and that that is an issue we'd need to address.
