  * Added rwatson as a reviewer to the inp locking updates https://reviews.freebsd.org/D12586.  Robert asks if this change was motivated by a particular bug, and jegg@ says that yes they see panic's in the code.

  * bz@ asks for testing of VIMAGE vs. non-VIMAGE but jtl@ says that %%NetFlix%% can't test it because their extensions probably will not work with VIMAGE

  * jtl@ has package of low hanging fruit to commit including a change to inp locking. jtl@ will put these up for review before he goes off on a leave.

  * IETF is in London March 17-24 and it might make sense to have a Transport meeting in the UK then.
