  * drew@ has asked the Mellanox to work on the timestamp in the mbuf patch

  * jtl@ has identified panics when we receive MSS updates (can be triggered by using iperf3 with a 1 byte window).  jtl@ has a fix but needs to make a patch.  The new code will not allow a bogus MSS to be set.

  * gnn@ asks if the packet drill based TCP tests are complete.  tuexen@ says that they are still in progress

  * jegg@ says he's found more locking issues with the inpcb and will push a patch
