PR ? : netfront panics due to mbuf TX ring exhaustion (revs?)

RTC clock has been added (r192951 so the RTC code doesn't panic the kernel; other revs?)

r192951 - try to determine what is generating a notify w/ no callback. It could be an unhandled error/notification from the hypervisor.
