- In case you encounter kernel panic when loading the i915kms.ko module add the following to your /boot/loader.conf

Updating the firmware is possible after converting the ISO image to a bootable .img to use with an USB stick, using sysutils/geteltorito:

# geteltorino -o bootable.img bootable.iso

Overall impression so far: Good, would recommend to current-running hackers.

Untested: Camera, Microphone, Fingerprint reader, Smartcard reader, SD-card reader.
