Introduces OpenSSL 1.1 API
Replace defined(LIBRESSL_VERSION_NUMBER) with (defined(LIBRESSL_VERSION_NUMBER) && LIBRESSL_VERSION_NUMBER < 0x30500000L)
From testing on LibreBSD 13.1 with LibreSSL 3.5.2 with the ports I (brnrd@) use. Not conclusive!
