I am currently working on a GSoC 2018 project: Import the Xen grant-table bus_dma(9) handlers from OpenBSD

I have contributed some minor bug fixes. My first big contribution, my Google Summer of Code project is still underway. I will update the link to it when it is successfully merged with the codebase.

Minor contributions:

• Xen: Added missing check for free callbacks in gnttab_end_foreign_access_references()

• Xen: Removed some leftover code from gnttab.h

• Xen blkfront: Fixed memory leak in xbd_connect()

• Xen: Make gnttab_list_lock a recursive lock

• Xen blkfront: Fixed wrong error code return in xbd_dump()

• Xen: Fix potential page faults in the grant_table.c
