• Is HyStart++ better suited for CUBIC compared to NewReno? rrs@ will implement HyStart++ also for CUBIC.

• D32963 has been discussed. rrs@ will update the review based on this. Breaking the KPI seems appropriate, the version numbers should be bumped and some implicit contracts should be made explicit by adding KASSERT()s.

• Compiling of CC modules into the kernel has been discussed.
