rrs@ is working on TFO in BBR, tuexen@ will provide another small patch.
SO_REUSE_PORT_LB is in head now and Johannes asks for testing, performance results and other feedback.

Discussion of TCP reassembly.

New Business

TCP reassembly rewrite: D16626.
TCP TS improvements: D16636.
tuexen@ wants to change tcp_keyed_hash() to use SIP hash instead of MD5.
- gallatin@ asks if we could use a global random number instead. tuexen@ will think about it.
