drew@ asks if we are interested in looking at the socket filters from Mac OS/XNU. It might make sense for the TLS work.

jegg@ reports that kbowling@ is testing the latest BBR code and seeing a lot or retransmits, but rrs@ says he doesn't see this at all. It may be timer related.
