FLOWTABLE needs to be removed but only after measurement.

There is an issue in HEAD with the tcpinfo lock which needs to be worked out. It might make sense to talk to jch@ about this as well. glebius@ might get time but is on vacation. This may be related to commit 286227.

gnn@ will talk to Olivier Couchard about benchmarking FLOWTABLE vs. the new routing lookup.
