  * missing; or 
  * present only as a stub.

Please see [[http://people.freebsd.org/~linimon/tmp/missing_manpages.txt|missing_manpages.txt]] for the output of a crude script that attempts to determine missing manpages from the contents of various DEFAULTS and GENERIC files, and the contents of various binary directories.
