Chromium Web Browser on FreeBSD
The Chromium web browser is being ported to FreeBSD on an ongoing basis. Most basic functionality has been ported but further Linux-specific code remains. These instructions show you how to build the browser yourself from the main source repositories. These instructions are mainly aimed at developers who might want to contribute patches. For normal usage, you can use the www/chromium port.
