Introduction
List and status of features, components or modules in FreeBSD base (src) that have been proposed, or accepted and scheduled for removal.
Deprecation Policy
In-lieu of a future official and documented deprecation policy, Deprecation Proposals must be:
- Listed on this page
- Have at minimum an Initiator and Schedule (FreeBSD Branch(es) and Date)
- Communicated publicly (via relevant mailing list(s))
- Accepted 1) before being implemented
Additional notes:
- Proposals should include a Testing / Testers section if appropriate.
