Add support for VTOC16 labels.

Probe schemes based on the partition type.

Add ioctl to allow processes to obtain the partition type corresponding the opened device. This allows fsck, mount or newfs to spawn the correct binary or it allows swapon to reject the device.

Add verb “resize” to allow resizing of an existing partition.

Add verb “move” to allow moving/relocating a partition. A nice feature would be to allow moving a mounted/opened partition.

Add verb “recover” to allow corrupted partition tables to be recovered (GPT)
