Introduction
pjdfstest is a POSIX file system test suite available for UFS and ZFS on FreeBSD. It's also available for extfs (Linux) and HFS+ (OSX).
History
pjdfstest was originally added to FreeBSD in the 8.x timeframe on /head [[https://svnweb.freebsd.org/base/head/tools/regression/fstest/tests/?pathrev=166065&view=log|here]]. Back in the 10.x timeframe on [[https://svnweb.freebsd.org/base?view=revision&revision=272057|/head]], it was integrated in to the FreeBSD Test Suite in a limited fashion. In particular, it's built/installed with FreeBSD when MK_TESTS != no, but doesn't run automatically with the FreeBSD test suite, i.e., is opt-in by design.
