• Are servants of the community
• Are exemplars and stewards of community standards and improvement
• Demonstrate the ability to influence others positively
• Can demonstrate regular and consistent channel activity.
• Can demonstrate understanding of freenode and its channel/network services

• Only use +o as a last resort
• All actions should be logged with rationale (ban reasons with eir, anouncements in #freebsd-irc, etc)
• Any actions taken are timely, reasonable and appropriate
