  * jtl@ asks about ACK storms.  tuexen@ would prefer a per connection limit.  @jtl says that we could, and perhaps should, have both.  tuexen@ says that there is a paper about an attack that allows one to guess sequence numbers and that that is an issue we'd need to address.

  * tuexen@ asks about this bug [[https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=173444|173444]] and thinks we ought to apply the patch supplied

  * jegg@ asks when the black box code will be pushed to HEAD and suggests that we count packets that could not be sent to all listeners.
