- 1 maximum 60 people, flat room preferred

Per-room Requirements (both rooms, both days)
- two full size white boards with white board markers (multiple colors), whiteboard erasers
- data projector
- internet access
- power strips / power points sufficient for most attendees to be plugged in
Refreshments
- Soda/Pop (Coke/Pepsi, Diet* Coke/Diet Pepsi, Sprite/7up, etc.)
- Coffee
- Tea
- Water
* It's important that we have some diet pop for diabetic developers.
Hacking Lounge internet connectivity
- Need to make sure we have internet connectivity at least in the residence (hacking) lounge, for all four days.
- EdMaste can bring a wireless router.
Misc
- Nametags for DevSummit attendees – dvl is going to have them for conference attendees; get him a list of summit-only people
