I reccommend rooms: 219 and 405

  • two full size white boards with white board markers (multiple colors), whiteboard erasers
  • data projector
  • internet access
  • power strips / power points sufficient for most attendees to be plugged in
  • Soda/Pop (Coke/Pepsi, Diet* Coke/Diet Pepsi, Sprite/7up, etc.)
  • Coffee
  • Tea
  • Water

* It's important that we have some diet pop for diabetic developers.

  • Need to make sure we have internet connectivity at least in the residence (hacking) lounge, for all four days.
  • EdMaste can bring a wireless router.
  • Nametags for DevSummit attendees – dvl is going to have them for conference attendees; get him a list of summit-only people
