jegg discusses a case where cwnd is set to 0 (or apparently underflows) in some custom code. He has a review open.

Hannes reports a TCP-FO bug. It is fixed by the upcoming TCP-FO client code.

Johannes reports work on socket reuse for load-balancing. They are still testing at Limelight.

NUMA support coming soon. May need domain affinity support in the networking stack.
