• PR 217214, PR 218270 are closed, but NetAPP is experiencing this in stable/11 based builds. Happens during high loss scenarios. rscheff@ is still looking at it. Workaround seems to be disabling SACK.

• rrs@ is working on hystart++ for the RACK stack. The code is under review at D32373.

• glebius@ gave an introduction to SMR locking. The code is under review at D32585. It will be further tested at Netflix and finally be committed to FreeBSD 14. No MFC planned.

• There was some discussion on tools being used for performance testing. The list included neper, TRex, and uperf.
